The 2017 China Pharmaceutical Strategy Summit was held in Chongqing, Sichuan on December 17, 2017. This summit was cohosted by China National Pharmaceutical Industry Information Center and China Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce. More than 1000 pharmaceutical executives, operating managers, R&D scientists and government officials across the country attended the conference; the theme of this summit focused on the future of national pharmaceutical industry and collaborative strategies by healthcare providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical commerce in support of a “Healthy China”.     

China State Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry made the announcement of “2017 National Pharmaceutical Innovators” during the opening ceremony. The selection criteria have been based on numerous parameters, including the scope and depth of R&D innovations, corporate potentials in future inventions, and sustainable evidence in commercialization of collaborative R&D from bench work to pharmaceutical applications. Once again, ASK Pharm was recognized as one of the “National Pharmaceutical Innovators”, and this was the consecutive 6th year that ASK has been recognized as an outstanding innovator of the industry.

Innovations support sustainability, and successes inspire more discoveries. The continued national recognitions of ASK’s innovations in R&D and corporate administration by the national pharmaceutical industry have not only consistently reflected the many accomplishments from ASK Pharm over the years, but will also aspire us to continue our endeavor in innovations and inventions to make greater contributions to the health and well-being of the society and the nation in the future.
